Disliking things were not much. Only the thing is they should not provide targets to the counsellors as they already have a hectic schedule of attaining too many enquiries and informative calls on daily basis along with asmission processing activities in the given software. Couselling parents regarding medical and IIT courses, informing time schedules, attaining walkin and talkin enquires and fresh calling data alloted for fresh admissions, procesing admissions software and sometimes admin work fulfillment in their absence.
