In terms of providing salaries, over time and weekend support, they are very much punctual. Small company so there is scope to learn new things.

Dislikes

Job security is big zero. Company management is spine less. Senior management and HRs are big flip. They play with people's career and throws out without any intimation without even knowing what was their fault.
