Nothing is good here ,very bad management and the way the project is handled is totally worst,so many people has left the 3B ,Join here at your own risk.

Dislikes

Maintenance HOD,Project leads are very worst people here.Bad words are used directly to humiliate the engineers. People are forced to stay back without any overtime any compensation. Total torture. Forget your work life balance. Even they force us to work on public holidays and Sundays.
