Role Introduction:
As a Senior Manager- Enterprise Sales you will lead our sales efforts to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in India & SEA. Leveraging your deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and proven sales leadership experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the retail media revolution, shaping the future of advertising technology and driving innovation in the industry.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the retail media sector.
- Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and growth markets, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address their business goals.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention, ensuring ongoing engagement and value delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
- Work closely with the client partner team to identify, nurture, and close new leads, leveraging their expertise and insights to drive successful client acquisitions.
- Collaborate on lead generation strategies, develop joint outreach plans, and coordinate efforts to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align sales efforts with company objectives and initiatives.
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Champion a customer-centric approach across the organization, advocating for the needs and priorities of our clients in all aspects of the business.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
You will be a great fit, if you have:
- Overall 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the digital advertising, or retail media industry, with a demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and drive growth.
- Business Consulting background or strong Enterprise Sales / Startup experience
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including knowledge of retail media, ad tech platforms, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals and objectives.
