We are seeking a Campaign Copywriter to craft compelling, creative, and engaging copy for user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at creative writing, understand the latest consumer trends, and create content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Copy Creation:
Write impactful, high-conversion copy for a range of campaigns, including email, Whatsapp, push notifications, in-app messaging, social media ads, and landing pages.
- Audience Targeting:
- Tailor copy to specific audience segments based on their behaviours, needs, and lifecycle stage, ensuring that messaging is relevant and personalised.
- Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and engaging campaigns, from concept to execution.
- Trend Adaptation:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, pop culture references, and consumer behaviour to ensure Zolve's tone and messaging align with our customers' interests.
- Testing & Iteration:
- Participate in A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different copy variations and optimise campaigns for better performance.
- Brand Voice:
Maintain and evolve Zolve's tone of voice across all campaigns, ensuring consistency while remaining fresh and innovative.
- Engagement Metrics:
- Understand key engagement metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions) and use them to craft copy that drives user interaction and boosts retention.
- Feedback Integration:
- Continuously refine copy based on team feedback, performance data, and customer insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience:
2-4 years of experience in copywriting, ideally in digital marketing or for customer engagement campaigns.
- Creative Writing:
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and craft messages that inspire action.
- Trends & Tonality:
- A keen understanding of modern consumer trends, cultural nuances, and tonality that resonates with younger audiences, particularly students and professionals moving to the US.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
- Collaboration:
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Attention to Detail:
- A sharp eye for detail to ensure consistency and quality in all copy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to campaign copywriting.
- Experience in working with designers to get marketing collaterals created at speed.
