Lead Data Scientist - Azure/Machie Learning (8-13 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Apply advanced analytics techniques for exploratory data analysis and interpretation to discover patterns, anomalies, and relationships.

- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Azure Machine Learning or similar platforms.

- Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting, creating compelling dashboards and reports.

- Work with SQL Server and other Microsoft database technologies for efficient data manipulation and storage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and formulate data-driven solutions using Microsoft tools and platforms.

- Stay informed about the latest updates and features in Microsoft data and analytics offerings.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data science processes and workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

Must have skills :

- Proven proficiency in Machine Learning, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Feature Engineering, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Exploratory Data Analysis, Python, SQL, R, Hadoop, Power BI, Microsoft Azure.

- Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python or R.

- Experience in deploying and managing machine learning models on Azure.

Good to have skill :

- Proficiency in Excel modeling, including advanced skills such as advanced formulas, power queries, and VBA.

- Demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into user-friendly data models suitable for individuals with basic Excel skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
