Branch Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build relationship with customers.

Department: Bancassurance.

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager.

Location: Bengaluru, Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve the sales targets for the allotted cluster of branch banking team
• Work closely with bank branches in the specified clusters to identify business opportunities and source Business
• Training the bank branches on various general insurance products
• Establish strong business relationship with branch banking team
• Using the analytics-based inputs to business team to ensure sourcing of business
• Publishing of business dashboards to measure performance
• Execution of various projects & initiatives to increase product penetration
• Execution of campaigns and schemes in liaison with channel partners to push sales, and improve customer base
• Managing channels and generating business achieving assigned targets.
  

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager.
• Experience in bancassurance field is must.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
