CXO/Top Executive - Stock Broking Industry - 20+ years - New Delhi

We are exclusively retained to hire a Top Executive Position for one of the leading stock broking firm, offering a wide range of products and services to meet its customer's financial requirements and establishing a strong presence in the financial services sector.

Job Summary:

The executive will take charge of the company's overall strategic direction, business growth, operational leadership, and financial performance. Will be responsible for profit and loss (P&L) management, ensuring operational excellence across all business verticals, including stock broking, financial product distribution (FPD), depository services, and RTA operations. Will work closely with the Board of Directors to drive governance and align strategic priorities with shareholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead organizational transformation initiatives, including digital innovation, customer experience enhancement, and expansion into untapped markets or product lines.

- Drive capital allocation decisions, ensuring investments are aligned with the company's strategic goals and deliver maximum return on investment (ROI).

- Present well-structured reports, business plans, and financial performance updates to the board, articulating the rationale behind key decisions and major initiatives.

- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors, regulators and strategic partners, fostering trust and confidence in the organization.

- Oversee the company's brand strategy, ensuring that brand messaging aligns with the company's values and enhances its reputation in the marketplace.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team, empowering them to execute on strategic goals while driving operational excellence and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a senior executive in a financial services business, with specific expertise in stock broking and financial product distribution with 20+ years of experience.

- Strong P&L management experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing a diverse team and interfacing with board of directors.

- Extensive experience working within SEBI regulations and other relevant financial industry standards.

- Graduation degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
