• Team Management:Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and motivate the team to achieve sales goals
• Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to maximize revenue generation
• Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to guide the team's efforts
• Customer Engagement:Oversee customer interaction strategies to acquire, retain, and upsell to existing and potential clients
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
• Training and DevelopmentConduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve the team's performance
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate team performance
• Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement best practices to optimize sales operations and enhance productivity

Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telesales or inside sales environment
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a sales team
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Sales Strategy: Ability to develop sales strategies, set targets, and align them with business objectives
