Job Description

Project Planning Execution

Develop project plans, define scope, and establish timelines for IT initiatives.

Analyse financial records and operational data to improve cost-effectiveness and performance.

Team Management Resource Allocation

Develop staff schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Recruit, train, and evaluate personnel to maintain a high-performing team.

Conduct employee training programs to enhance skill development and productivity.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure cost-effective procurement within budget limits.

Sales, Marketing Customer Engagement

Oversee sales promotions and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Process Optimization Policy Implementation

Required Skills Competencies:

Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills.

Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Strong knowledge of IT operations, software development, and infrastructure management.

Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement to drive informed decisions.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects.

very bad company and the owner is worst

Zoxima is a lala company run by Babuji. And there is no policy. They can introduce any new policy from any day. Like few months ago they introduce a policy like Babuji ordered from next day lunch time will be reduced from 1hr to 30min. similarly they introduced for every employee 25% of the salary will be kept as retention bonou. And no can opose it.
