Job Description

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the companys financial health.

GST and TDS Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations by accurately calculating, filing, and reconciling GST and TDS returns.

Sales & Purchase Return: Handle the documentation and reconciliation of sales and purchase returns, ensuring accurate records and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Vendor and Customer Payments: Manage payments to vendors and ensure timely collections from customers. Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitor actual performance against budget, and provide variance analysis.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and trend analysis, to support decision-making.

Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process and ensure all required documentation and reports are readily available.

Financial Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and accounting standards to ensure compliance and recommend necessary changes in processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation matters.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
