Zonal Sales Manager (AM/DM)

Role & responsibilities

• Dealer base expansion
• Order taking and execution from dealers
• Operating retail stores
• Experience of working in pre-defined PJP
• Site visits - Mason and engineers meets and engagements / Dealer meets / Roadshows / Execution of all outdoor signages
• Leading and managing ASO teams of distributors
• Developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability Exploring market trends and opportunities
• Analyse sales funnels and customer intent
• Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
• Track all India BTL/ATL activities
• Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
• Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
• Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
• Recommend website and campaign optimizations
• Research and implement marketing tools to support product promotion
• Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities for new customer acquisitions
• Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

Must have experience in Steel / Cement / Paint (B2C / Retail) sales
