Job Description
- As a Global Payroll Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing ESAB s payroll operations across multiple countries and regions on a global scale
- Your primary focus will be on executing the global payroll strategy, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and driving process improvements
- You will lead a team of payroll professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide strategic direction to optimize global payroll operations
- This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of global payroll practices, and the ability to navigate complex payroll landscapes
- This position will work primarily with the other members of the Global Payroll Operations team and in close collaboration with HR Operations, and the HRIS team
- The role will also require a strong working relationship with local controllers and other Finance resources who support the end-to-end payroll process
- This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and supporting the development and rollout of ESAB s ongoing HR & Payroll Operational transformation
