We are looking for a highly motivated BBA/MBA to join our marketing and fundraising team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with CSR teams, funding agencies, and donor organizations, helping secure partnerships and funding for our social impact programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & connect with CSR divisions of corporations for funding opportunities
• Research and reach out to funding agencies and donor organizations
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, concept notes, and marketing materials
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate donors and funding bodies
• Assist in organizing meetings, networking events, and presentations
• Support grant writing and documentation for funding applications
• Collaborate with internal teams to track project impact and prepare reports

Skills & Qualifications:

• BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi)
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Interest in social impact, CSR, and fundraising
• Ability to research and analyze funding trends
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
