We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and convincing them to make a purchase or take a desired action. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong ability to build rapport over the phone.
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or lists.
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their interest and needs.
Present our products or services persuasively, emphasizing their value proposition.
Address and overcome objections and concerns to facilitate successful sales or conversions
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Continuously follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and objections to improve marketing and sales strategies.
