Role is responsible for all Medical Education and Training activities. Education programs cover all clinical and technical aspects of product portfolio as well as competitive systems.
Principal Duties and Resposibilities
Work on and manage the Medical Education activities budget for the year effectively in collaboration with the key stakeholder functions as well as planning the budget for subsequent years.
Manages product training priorities and roadmap through collaboration with company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to design and deliver Medical Education based projects on time based on the company s strategic objectives and goals.
Leads regular sync meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate key product development activities across the business.
Manages the speakers and related logistics for various courses and workshops.
Ensuring the MedEd activities are in lines with regional and global compliance policies
Manages the company s innovation pipeline; collaborates with Research and Development (R&D) and Marketing to create prototypes and proposals for consideration by business executives.
Collaborates with R&D leaders, Brand Managers, and others as needed on product development activities and timelines in order to ensure seamless communication and transition of product development projects through the product innovation process.
Collaborates with ZIMVIE Product Management and other customer-facing teams to collect input from customers on product prototypes and concepts.
Collaborates with ZIMVIE Finance to assess and evaluate the feasibility of running approved programs within the local approved budget and guidelines
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to adapt and update product development projects as needed.
Sales team s training on products and treatment protocols.
Ensuring timely and regular availability of MeEd course related brochures and documents
Co-ordination with speakers the including the Due Diligence and related screening and contracts related to MedEd programs
Field work with sales team, where require to understand the training needs of market and design/ customise workshops
Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Education / Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Dentistry.
Relevant clinical experience in Oral Implantology.
Minimum two years of industry experience in Dental Sales and Business Development, experience in the MedEd from dental industry, and a marketing degree would be a plus/ value add.

Experience in handling HCPs as contracted speakers
Designing and executing courses end to end
Strong technical expertise product knowledge wise
