The Employee s responsibilities includecompleting all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in the related departments, gaining knowledge ofoperations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions forimprovement, updating records, and preparing documentation
The core responsibilities of the Teacher include,
Prepare lesson materials, grade papers, manage the classroom, and evaluate and give feedback to students.
Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
Plan and implement educational activities and events.
Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning.
Research, analyse, interpret and draw conclusions on the developing EduTech advancements over the world.
Work closely with the Subject Matter Specialists and assist them in the process of designing and developmentof self-standardized curriculum.
Assisting in Plan, Organize and Controlling of vast range of curriculum viz., Subject-Centred Curriculum,Learner-Centred Curriculum and Problem-Centred Curriculum.
Exercise open and respectful communication with families, co-workers, supervisors, and other school staff.
Measure progress and accomplishments of students towards their academic achievements on a regular basis andprovide progress reports as required.
Create and keep records on attendance, accidents, incidents, and other noteworthy events in accordance withlicensing guidelines and program policies.
Manage student behavior in accordance with outlined guidelines.
Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on the school campus.
Work with founders and other developers throughout the web design and development lifecycle. Completingall assigned tasks and assisting.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeships.
Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum of Graduation or Anyone who could dispense the required calibre.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Interest of working in Educational Allied Support Services.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
