Responsibilities
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing.
Manage program and project teams and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Skills Required
Knowledge of Product development life cycle
Agile and Waterfall Project Management
Excellent problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Experience in managing stakeholders.
Working knowledge of mechatronics system, ASPICE & functional safety necessary
Working knowledge of industry standards ISO/TS 16949, manufacturing processes, PPAP and sourcing processes necessary.
Excellent skills in MS Office and MS Project
Qualifications Required
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics engineering
6-8 years of proven work experience as a Program Manager /Project Manager in automotive industry
PMP certification is a strong advantage.
