Manager - QA

Key Responsibilities:

1.Managing the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

2.Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the quality of products and solutions.

3.Developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure product functionality, reliability, and performance.4.Conducting manual and automated testing to identify and report defects and issues in products.

5.Managing defect tracking and resolution processes to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.

Requirements:

1.Experience in quality assurance, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

2.Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, with expertise in product testing methodologies.

3.Experience in managing and leading quality assurance teams, with strong coaching and mentorship skills.

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex product issues.6.Proficiency in quality assurance tools and systems.
