Responsibilities:

- Prepare the collateral, business pitches and other relevant material to aptly demonstrate risk and reward for the Financial Institution partners.

- Manage existing Financial Institutions that have partnered with us, plan and execute strategy to enhance portfolio for said FIs

- Collaborate with internal teams like Content, Risk, Tech, Product, etc. and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions.

- Work along with senior management to devise strategy and targets for Banking Partnerships

- Build and manage relationships to help resolve issues with the Financial Institutions

Requirements:

- MBA/ PGDM from a Tier - 1 Institute with 4+ year of experience in a strategy/ Partnership profile.

- At least 4 years of experience managing partnerships or similar roles in BFSI sector.

- A proven track record of developing high-impact partnerships.

- Robust Internal stakeholder management experience.

- Exceptional Decision making & Negotiation skills.

- Strong Finance acumen such as ability to create business projections.

- Should be able to identify and execute new strategic opportunities with partners.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
