Senior QA Automation Engineer (Selenium/Java)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Type: In Office

Experience: Minimum 4 years in QA, including 2 years in automation

Role Overview:

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll lead efforts in both manual and automated testing, ensuring software quality and reliability. You'll design and implement comprehensive test plans and automate test scripts, contributing to the development and execution of QA standards and processes. This role involves close collaboration with both the QA team and developers to enhance testing procedures, troubleshoot issues, and mentor team members in automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Design QA standards and processes for thorough software testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and criteria.
• Document and analyze test results, addressing any bottlenecks in the testing process.
• Maintain the automated testing suite, reporting on coverage and progress.
• Mentor team members, guiding them in automation techniques and best practices.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

• Proficient in object-oriented programming, especially Java.
• Experienced with Selenium, Git & JIRA.
• Ability to work independently on Selenium-based automation.
• Skilled in API test automation and familiar with database technologies.
