Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling ZenTrades.AI's high-performing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring we hire top-tier talent across engineering, product, sales, and growth functions. This is not just a hiring role-it's an opportunity to shape the company's culture, refine hiring strategies, and work closely with leadership to build a world-class team. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier SaaS talent.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring processes.
- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate quality and culture fit.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and optimize recruitment funnels.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance ZenTrades.AI's visibility in the talent market.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize and scale hiring operations in alignment with company growth.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
- Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, sales, and growth roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in early morning shifts (4 AM - 2 PM).
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving hiring processes.
- A self-starter with a "hustle" mentality-excited about solving hiring challenges in a high-growth startup.
