PolicyCenter + Integ Lead with 8 - 15 Yrs of experience preferably should have worked on cloud.
SAP PM Implementation and Configuration Design, configure, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module to meet business needs, focusing on maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand the requirements for plant maintenance processes and translate them into SAP solutions. Set up and maintain SAP PM modules, including equipment master data, functional locations, maintenance orders, maintenance plans, and work centers.
Configure preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and calibration processes within SAP PM. Process Optimization and Support Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements for increased efficiency and reliability.
Provide expert guidance and support to end-users regarding SAP PM processes, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to optimize performance. Support the integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP CS (Customer Service), and SAP PM in Plant Maintenance (PP). System Integration and Testing Participate in integration testing for the SAP PM module to ensure seamless data flow across different systems.
Conduct unit testing, regression testing, and system validation for new features and configurations. Assist with the migration of legacy systems and data into SAP PM during system upgrades or new implementations.
End-User Training and Documentation Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the SAP PM system. Provide user support by addressing queries and troubleshooting issues related to SAP PM functionality. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP PM configurations, process flows, and user guidelines.
Maintenance Reporting and Analytics Work with stakeholders to create maintenance-related reports, dashboards, and analytics for tracking equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Assist in creating periodic reports for management on plant maintenance operations and compliance.
Continuous Improvement and System Upgrades Stay updated with the latest SAP PM features and best practices, providing recommendations for enhancements and system upgrades.
Proactively monitor SAP PM performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize the maintenance process. Participate in SAP upgrades and enhancement projects to ensure the system remains aligned with business needs.
