Mulesoft Architect / Principal Consultant

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Mulesoft Principal Consultant to lead our Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Mulesoft solutions, a strong understanding of integration best practices, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives. This role is essential in shaping our integration strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:Lead the Mulesoft CoE initiatives, establishing best practices, governance frameworks, and strategic roadmaps for Mulesoft implementations.

Solution Architecture:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust Mulesoft solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability and performance.

Project Oversight:Oversee multiple integration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Mentor project teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their integration needs, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Training & Development:Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills of the integration team and empower them to utilize Mulesoft tools effectively.

Innovation & Best Practices:Stay current with Mulesoft releases, features, and integration trends. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the integration ecosystem.

Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues in projects, proposing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum [15 years] of experience in Mulesoft consulting, with a focus on architecture and solution design.

Mulesoft Certifications:Relevant Mulesoft certifications (e.g., Mulesoft Certified Developer, Mulesoft Certified Architect) are highly preferred.

Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API design, and integration patterns. Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs is essential.

Leadership Abilities:Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change within an organization.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
