Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies that align with the business objectives and digital innovation goals of customers & Zensar.
• Due Diligence and Maturity Assessment:Conduct in-depth due diligence and maturity assessments of the current technology landscape to identify areas of improvement, ensure optimal performance, and align with future business needs.
• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system reliability, performance, and availability through automation and monitoring.
• Expertise in designing and implementing digital workplace services, including collaboration tools, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and remote work solutions.
• Must be skilled in at least two cloud platforms, demonstrated proficiency in cloud Architecture, including strong understanding of cloud computing concepts & technologies.
• Architecture Development:Lead the design and development of scalable, robust, and secure IT architectures that support various business functions and services.
• Technology Leadership:Provide guidance and oversight on technology trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Zensar remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
• Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure the alignment of IT solutions with business needs.
• Governance and Compliance:Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure the consistency, reliability, and security of IT systems and data.
• Project Oversight:Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the established quality standards.
• Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT architectures and solutions, ensuring the continuity and resilience of business operations.
• Mentorship:Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and other team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
