Job Description
- Conduct Design and Analysis of Client Enterprise wide systems
- Ensure RPA Implementation delivers robust system solution to Client Operations
- Develop, Enhance and Maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust Solution
- Build repository of best practices for Power Automate Implementations, Custom Solutions, Product Support
- Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations
- Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order ensure maximum conversions and high-quality dialogue
- Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team
- 5+ years proven experience in Power Platform with additional experience in other RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere
- Should have done minimum 4 to 5 RPA implementation projects and has also worked in RPA support engagements
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and relational database design (Power Apps, Power Automate; (Power BI and Copilot agent are a plus)
- Proficient in integration technologies and creating solution designs
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems, Process minded, Good Presentation and communication skills are essential
- Microsoft Certified: Power Automate Developer
