Oracle- EPM Lead

Deliver basic to complex EPM implementation projects, including solution design.


Lead client discovery sessions, track project findings, and identify additional opportunities.


Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to analysts, ensuring quality deliverables.


Communicate risks and constraints, collaborating with senior consultants to address them.


Prepare and present design documentation to clients.


Guide testing processes, including QA and UAT.


Configure core and advanced business logic within EPM solutions.


Provide expert advice on best practices and serve as a business process owner for EPM.


Basic Qualifications:
Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle or Hyperion EPM (minimum 3 successful cycles).


Expertise in EPM areas: Financial Planning, Consolidation & Close, Reporting, and Reconciliation.


Experience with testing, defects analysis, and fixes.


Excellent communication and presentation skills.
