Zeno Health - Product Manager (4-10 yrs)

Top 3 Responsibilities:

- As an IC, build cross-channel engagement products & journeys that keep our customers coming back to our app & stores to buy more.

- Drive the cross-functional GTM & program management of those products & journeys to ensure customer & business success.

- Tell quant & qual stories w.r.t. the engagement charter to the rest of the team for feedback, iteration, & improvement.

Top 5 Must Haves:

- 3 years of ecommerce engagement & retention experience, including at least 1 year in a product management role.

- Strong hands-on work experience with engagement tools like Clevertap and WhatsApp for Business.

- Strong discernment w.r.t. the effectiveness & persuadability of engagement copy & content.

Top 3 Good to Haves:

- Experience with healthcare brands.

- Experience building & managing loyalty & gamification programs

- Apart from English, Proficiency in Hindi / Bengali / Marathi
