Senior Content Writer

Job Summary:

- This role involves creating engaging content for social media and long-form pieces that enhance our brand's voice and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

- Develop compelling and brand-aligned content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

- Long-Form Writing: Write in-depth articles, blog posts, case studies, brochures, and research articles highlighting Zen Technologies' expertise, products, and industry leadership.

Content Strategy:

- Assist in planning and executing content strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and campaigns.

SEO Optimization:

- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO to improve online visibility and engagement.

Research:

- A strong research proficiency to ensure content is well-informed, accurate, and up-to-date.

Brand Consistency:

- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and style across all content that reflects Zen's essence and values.

Collaborate:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to produce content that supports various campaigns and initiatives.

Editing & Proofreading:

- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and error-free deliverables.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

Communication:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling

Project Management:

- Experience managing multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Skills:

- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation abilities.

- Strong attention to detail, proficiency in grammar, strong vocabulary, and familiarity with business writing standards.

- Good knowledge of the differences between online writing and print writing.

- Proven experience in creating both short-form and long-form content.

- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.

- Proficiency in SEO principles and tools.

- Excellent research skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.

Experience:

- 4-5 years of content writing experience in internal and external corporate communication.

Educational Background:

- Master Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Additional Certifications in content marketing, SEO, copywriting, or digital marketing are a plus

- Experience in various writing style guides is preferable
