What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage channel marketing campaigns for ZEE5 Global.
- Take initiative in optimizing campaigns independently for all channels -Push notifications, Email, WhatsApp, Popup (App/Web), Banners.
- Ensure campaigns are executed in alignment with the target audience as defined by the CLM teams.
- Track campaign efficiency and implement learnings for continuous improvement.
- Measure, monitor, and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless end-to-end campaign execution and delivery of assets.
- Oversee the performance of various channels and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
- Regularly create marketing calendars for key markets, leveraging previous performance data and goals.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple campaigns.
Who You Are:
- 0-2 years of experience in Marketing Operations.
- Passionate about understanding users' behaviour.
- Basic knowledge of CLM/CRM; experience with tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective both as a team member and as an individual contributor.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
- A diligent problem solver with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
