Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding HVAC products, services, and technical issues.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.

Technical Support:

• Offer technical assistance to customers with HVAC-related concerns, including troubleshooting and providing guidance on system operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranties to customers.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Generate reports on common customer queries and feedback to improve overall service quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide insights to improve product design or service offerings based on customer feedback.

Training and Development:

• Stay informed about changes in HVAC technologies and attend training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
• Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and query resolution procedures.
