- As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers and vendors to provide goods and services that meet the needs of the organization
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet the needs of the organization
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on factors such as cost, quality, and delivery
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with supplier evaluation and selection processes
- Knowledge of market trends and supplier capabilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
