Technology Lead - Python/React.js (7-16 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Technology Lead to drive the development and optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, Django, ReactJS, Flutter, and exceptional team management and leadership skills. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing technical implementations, guiding the team, and ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting-edge features.

Key Responsibilities :

- Led the design, development, and deployment of the website using Python, Django, ReactJS, and Flutter.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through rigorous reviews and best practices.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Identify and address technical challenges and risks proactively.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the project.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.

- Strong expertise in ReactJS for front-end development.

- Experience with Flutter for mobile application development is a plus.

- Solid understanding of databases, RESTful APIs, and modern software architecture.

- Proven track record of team management, mentoring, and delivering high-quality projects on time.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in eCommerce, B2C, or publishing-related projects is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
