Job Description
- Acquiring maintenance services contracts (AMC of Servers, storage, workstation and networking devices) Sales of server, storage, workstations and their parts (HP, IBM, DELL, SUN, EMC etc)
- Leverage prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emails, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on those seeking third-party IT maintenance services and enterprise IT infrastructure solutions.
- Work closely with the customers to understand their requirements and suggest and quote appropriate IT infrastructure solutions.
- Bachelor s degree in any field.
- Require knowledge in computer hardware parts.
- Hands-on on experience for Installation/Support of Servers, Storages Networking (DELL. HP,IBM, SUN etc)

People in the company specifically Delhi branch manager does the partiality with subordinates. Management also supports such person who dos not know how to handle team and how to behave with team members. He most of the time looses his patience and starts shouting like mad and abuses. He does not has any such skills to deal with such branch manager's position.
Few peoples have made working environment worst.
