We are seeking dynamic and passionate school fund raising professionals to lead the fundraising efforts of our Child A Change Maker program in schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, building relationships with schools, donors & ensuring the sustainability of the CACM program.
Key Responsibilities: -
Develop & implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the CACM program. Identify & prioritize potential sources of funding through schools & educational institutions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, educational authorities & education institutions. Collaborate with school authorities & educators to integrate value based education into the curriculum. Plan & execute trainings/workshops/campaigns to engage both privileged and underprivileged children, fostering empathy and understanding. Develop & manage the budget for the CACM program, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Prepare regular progress reports for internal & external stakeholders. Document success stories & best practices to share with the wider community. Ensure achievements of the laid work plans & yearly targets both qualitative and quantitative. Maintain accurate & up to date school database & records.
Education, Skills & experience:-
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in marketing, business administration or related field. Candidates with professional experience in fundraising, donor management, sales/marketing from development/social sector would be preferred. Should have strong ability to network & strengthen relationships with stake holders. Retired professionals in age group of 50-60 will also be considered.
