We are looking for an HR executive to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting new talent, smoother on-boarding, conducting performance reviews, training need analysis, employee communication and similar tasks, on an as-needed basis. The HR executive will provide information on HR policies and procedures to all staff members and will assist management to execute same, identify/anticipate our future recruiting needs and implement it. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment and organizational growth.
Role Overview : Responsible for communicating with potential candidates and the management team Working in the following core work areas: 1. MIS -tracking, maintaining and communicating with management 2. Keeping track of HR records, such as employee forms, applicant logs, and resumes 3. Responding to HR-related queries within the company 4. Report generation.
