You will work closely with the clients to understand their requirements, identify qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone and video interviews, and administering technical assessments. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers. • Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates. • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Requirements: • Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or consulting firm. • Knowledge of US immigration laws and work authorization requirements. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proven ability to source and recruit top IT talent in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
