Digital Marketing Officer

Digital Marketing Officer will be a part of Marketing Team and will be responsible for our organizations web pages, articles, blogs social media posts etc. in Tourism & Hospitality sector.His job include to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media, blogs website etc. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with generating traffic and leads for new business. Ultimately, you will help us to reach our target audience by delivering both useful and appealing online information about our organization and products.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Research industry-related topics
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
• Create content to advertise our organization and products
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
• Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
• Update our websites as needed
• Impressive Blogging to enhance the experience of our community
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any specialization with diploma/certification in digital
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Desirable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Portfolio of published articles and hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress etc.)
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and an ability to fact-check long-form content
• Keywords research, Meta Tags, Hash tags& other marketing optimization
