6-8 years experience in Banking/Financial/Insurance Services in both quality and training functions preferred
The position requires interaction with international clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills are must
Responsibilities
Lead Green Belt training certification and ISO 9001 certification, develop and implement a unified strategy integrating quality with training, process migration, develop plans to meet training and development needs in the entire organisation through internal and external training, manage process training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
Develop organisational assessment methods and measurement systems
Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
