Gst Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable GST Executive to join our
finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Goods and Services Tax
(GST) laws and regulations, along with experience in managing GST-related processes,
compliance, and filings. This role will involve assisting in the preparation of GST returns,
ensuring timely compliance, and handling any GST-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with all GST laws, regulations, and deadlines.
• Reconcile GST data from accounts payable, receivable, and other records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST reports.
• Review and ensure accuracy in GST invoices, credits, and debits.
• Handle GST audits and coordinate with tax authorities during audits.
• Maintain and update GST-related documentation and records.
• Address GST-related queries from internal teams and external parties.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in GST laws and assist the team in implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. Additional certifications in GST or Taxation are a plus.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in GST-related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of GST laws and filing procedures.
• Proficiency in GST software and MS Excel.
