We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and optimal performance from the staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff training, boosting sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and executing store operations effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Staff Training & Management:
Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Assign tasks and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and corrective measures as needed.
Sales Optimization:
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve store profitability.
Execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and attract customers.
Customer Satisfaction:
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
Monitor the shopping environment to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Stock Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish inventory.
Ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.
Minimize shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to meet overall store goals and targets.
Job Requirements:
Age criteria: Not Above 40 years
Education: 12th pass / Graduate.
Proven experience of at least 3 4 years in retail or supermarket management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using retail software.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
