Job Description
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to Promoter/CMD
- Assist the Founder in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
- Management of special projects, strategic business initiatives and tasks
- Devise, implementation of new process, policies, memo and guidelines
- Monitor systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Prepare Presentations for investors, lenders, clients.
- Business review, MIS review, Management Report review and analysis of same to evaluate gaps, suggest areas of improvements.
- Generation of financial and Sales report from ERP.
- SPOC between MD and Senior Management team
- Calendar planning and management along with meeting scheduling.
- Prepare agendas, briefs, and necessary documents for meetings, ensuring the executive is well-informed and adequately prepared.
- Preparation of Minutes of the meeting and follow-up on action points
- Should be comfortable with travelling PAN India / International as and when required, sometimes on short notice.
- Manage correspondence and communication in all forms
- Record keeping and custodian of important document related to business
- Involve in top ladder recruitment, Identify any operational risk areas and escalate
- Handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, considering time zones and business requirements.
- Any other assignment given by management
