Job Description

  1. Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and solution delivery.
  3. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company s products and services.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling IT solutions and services, while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and contribute to strategic planning.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the company s CRM system.
Requirements:
  1. 12th Qualified with Fluency in English and Hindi (for fresher positions).
  2. Proven experience in IT sales for candidates with prior sales experience.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
