• Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM)/ Board meetings of all Group Companies (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc.)
• In-Depth working knowledge in Issuance of Debentures and Preference shares and practical exposure on various modes of funding in Group Companies and its compliance is mandatory.
• Knowledge in areas like Mergers, Demergers, Incorporation of NBFC companies and its Compliance is an added advantage.
• Providing support to HOD and working parties such as the Board of Directors etc.
• Implementing procedural / Corporate Secretariat administrative systems as per statutes.
• Practical knowledge in updating of secretarial records in Group Companies is mandatory
• Handling correspondence / record of material facts before and after meetings and also related required compliances with ROC/ RD / NCLT / SEBI etc.
• Knowledge in IPR laws will be an added advantage
• Keep all statutory registers of all Group companies and liaising with other departments within the Group Companies.
