Role & responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting of all sorts of legal documents / Deeds required in the construction sector, conveyancing, registration of documents, all types of agreements / contracts/MOU etc.
• Should possess good knowledge with respect to the provisions of transfer of property act / registration act / RERA etc.
• Relevant experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation management for Real Estate & Construction Company.
• Handling of all sorts of Court cases/litigation will be an added advantage. Co-ordination and briefing with external Advocates.
• Relevant experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation management for RERA compliances and RERA cases, Consumer Cases and liasoning with the Co-operative department for establishment of Co.- operative Housing Societies, conveyance in favor of Societies etc.
• coordinate and execute the Registration of Sales Agreements at Haveli.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4-9 years experience in Real Estate legal department handling various drafting and execution of Sale Agreements at Haveli. Good command on English and Marathi is MUST.
