Avlon Shiksha Niketan is looking for English / Communication Faculty to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and methods to help learners achieve their language goals.
Create lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments that are tailored to the learners' needs and abilities.
Teach English language skills to individuals or groups of learners using a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.
Provide feedback and support to learners to help them improve their language skills and reach their goals.
Evaluate learners' progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure they are making progress.
Collaborate with other trainers and support staff to ensure the smooth running of the English language program.
Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, progress, and assessment results.
Ability to create effective lesson plans and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
