5-8 years of professional experience in software development and hands-on experience in Power platform development.
Candidate should have experience in Azure/.

Experience in developing Power Automate workflows and designing process automation solutions.
Solid understanding of data modelling and relational databases, preferably with experience in Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL Database.
Proficiency in creating Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.
Familiarity with the Power Platform ecosystem, including Common Data Service (CDS), Power Apps portals, and Dataverse.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
Power Automate.
Manage the design, development, and deployment of complex automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
In-depth knowledge of Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows, including UI automation, data manipulation, and integration capabilities.
Experience with scripting languages (e g, VBA, PowerShell) is a plus.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for automation and continuous process improvement.
Develop and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation workflows.
Integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications using connectors and APIs.

Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flows, and RPA best practices.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, operations) to ensure successful automation implementation.
