- As our Finance Controller, you'll be at the heart of our organization's financial strategy and operations. From leading financial planning to driving global transformation projects, your expertise will shape the fiscal health and future of the business.

- This role works cross-functionally with senior leaders, department heads, and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Build and maintain financial models and forecasts

- Analyze trends, variances, and KPIs to support decision-making

- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Drive the annual budgeting cycle in collaboration with departments

- Monitor budget performance and provide actionable insights

- Support variance analysis and recommendations

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with US GAAP and Indian accounting standards

- Lead external audit processes and financial reviews

- Stay updated with evolving regulations, including taxation and regulatory compliance

Taxation:

- Optimize tax planning strategies to minimize financial risk

Risk Management:

- Identify potential financial risks and build mitigation frameworks

- Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness

Team Collaboration:

- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture

- Cultivate collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- CA qualified with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience

- Solid grasp of accounting principles, financial compliance, and taxation laws ( US)

- Exposure to US GAAP

- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
