Job Title: Graduate Mechanical Engineers (1-Year Training Program)

Location: 1 year training program in Shenzhen & Ganzhou China and then will be deployed to other overseas CTA Factories.

Program Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineers to join our 1-year training program. This program will provide comprehensive training across:

• Production Engineering and Line Efficiency Improvements

• Injection Molding Process Engineering

• Quality Management

Location Details:

The training program will be conducted at our facilities in China or Mexico and then will be deployed to one of the overseas location.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. (Proficiency in English is must)

Program Details:

• Duration: 1 year

• Training Locations: China (May require traveling to Mexico as a part of training for a month or so)

Compensation:

• Travelling and Accommodation by the company at overseas location.
