Job Description
- STARTUP FUNDRAISING - reaching out to VCs, networking with them and raise funding for the company.
- BUSINESS PLAN - sit down with the founders and work extensively with them by going into complete details about the business and their vision. Creating a business plan that provides a 99% accurate model of the founders vision.
- PITCH DECK - They say first impression is the last one. Help in preparing beautiful pitch decks which create a WOW impact on the investors.
- EXECUTION - Associate with founders on how to build their business, set up marketing and sales strategies, and scale up their business operations.
- ESOP DESIGN - From ESOP conceptualization to design to policy documentation and filing - taking care of all ESOP needs
- Startup INDIA SEED FUND SCHEME (SISFS) & GOVT GRANTS FUNDING - to raise funds from Govt schemes.
- STARTUP INDIA/DPIIT CERTIFICATION & TAX EXEMPTION - Doing the entire documentation, filing, coordinating with the Govt resource and avail the certificate and tax exemption for startups.
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization.
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial improvement.
